Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2 PM PST will be processed the next business day.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. All orders are processed quickly and securely. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order is on its way.

Note: Due to increased carrier costs, we have recently updated our shipping rates. We remain committed to providing fast, reliable service while maintaining product quality and sustainability.

🐦 Economy Shipping (5–8 business days)

  • FREE on orders over $79
  • $10.95 for orders weighing 0–3 lbs
  • $16.95 for orders weighing 3–10 lbs
  • $24.95 for orders weighing 10–70 lbs

Economy shipping is our most affordable option for non-urgent deliveries. We carefully package each order to ensure safe arrival.

⚡ Standard Shipping (3–4 business days)

  • $16.95 for orders under 5 lbs
  • $24.95 for orders over 5 lbs

Choose Standard shipping if you’d like to receive your order a little sooner.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carriers are selected based on the most efficient delivery method for your location. Some products may ship via our trusted partners (e.g., Amazon Logistics) for fast and reliable delivery. In some cases, tracking may not show on Shopify — but rest assured, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way!

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. You can follow your shipment through the carrier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within the United States.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@wildbirdessentials.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
